Shipping
Policy:
North America:
Canada post, Purolator or FedEx courier will ship
all orders within North America unless otherwise requested. All shipping
charges are subject to applicable Provincial and Federal taxes.
Africa:
EMS speed post, FedEx or most cost-effective courier
available will ship all orders within Africa. All shipping charges are
subject to applicable taxes.
Shipping Date: We ship 48 hours after the receipt
of your order confirmation.
Return Policy:
GIH appreciates your patronage and would want you
to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not
satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it within 14 days of
shipment. But all returns must be shipped back to Global Innovations Holdings
prepaid, complete with proof of purchase. Customers in North America should
please call (+1) 416-850-4457 prior to returning the item while customers
in Africa should please call (+234) 803-501-2495.
We accept returns as long as the following conditions
are met:
- Refunds and exchanges are given within 14 days
of original purchase date, accompanied by the payment invoice.
- All refunds require that the item be returned
in the original packaging, with all pieces and in their original condition.
- Opened packages may only be exchanged for identical
product.
- Refunds will be applied to the credit card
that was used to purchase the item.
